Student signatories*, as a required step in registering or re-registering their organization(s), must pass a quiz to demonstrate basic knowledge of Berkeley's Campus Regulations and policies regarding tabling, flyering, holding an event, etc.
At least four signatories must take and pass the quiz EACH academic year to maintain ACTIVE group recognition status.

Quiz
You will be presented with fifteen (15) questions and must correctly answer at least twelve (12) to pass the quiz.
* Signatories are persons who are voluntarily responsible for the behavior and finances of the group and have successfully completed OSL's student group re-/registration process for the current academic year.
