Notice of Possible Violation

When the Office of Student Conduct (OSC) opens an investigation into a complaint or report of misconduct, a conduct officer will send the student a formal letter indicating that the office will pursue an investigation of a possible violation. The letter will include a date that the student is required to follow-up with a phone call to the OSC office to schedule a time to meet with the conduct officer. If the student does not follow-up by that date, OSC may block the student’s registration and/or access to official records until an appointment is made and kept.
