The Dean's TEAM: Facilitation Training Certification Series
Trust * Envision * Accountability * Motivate
Based on the philosophy of the UC Berkeley Dean of Students, the TEAM (Trust, Envision, Accountability, and Motivate) series is a 4 session training program where students learn cutting edge theory used to foster strong group dynamics. Students will walk away from this engaging experience with confidence to facilitate effective team builders and initiatives.

The goals of the Dean’s TEAM are:
1. Walk away from the experience with an understanding of how to design and sequence an effective and dynamic teambuilding experience.
2. Gain a better understanding of how learning styles affect teambuilding experiences.
3. Gain a better understanding of the core facilitator skills in teambuilding.
4. Have an opportunity to practice their teambuilding skills and will hopefully become more comfortable facilitating.
All graduates of the certification program will receive a prop-bag; resource CD with a variety of activities; certificate of completion, and be eligible for internship positions within the Center for Student Leadership.
