 The Blueprint Leadership Program is
based on five core values:

The Blueprint Leadership Program is an innovative yearlong leadership experience that pairs a small group of diverse students together with two leadership coaches. Through a series of engaging workshops, a social justice project (or a community impact project), small group interactions and one-on-one leadership coaching, students will graduate from the program with a better understanding of the leader within and how to make a positive impact in the world.

Blueprint has expanded my understanding of leadership and given me insight on the meaning and promotion of social justice.
