About Leadership Development
Leadership Development is the newest area in the Center for Student Leadership. Established in Spring 2007, the primary purpose of this area is to offer leadership development resources and coaching to students attending UC Berkeley.

| Our programs are guided by a multitude of cutting edge leadership development models and theories. We pride ourselves on ensuring that our programs develop effective student leaders and use an array of assessments to ensure our students are gaining the desired learning objectives! |

| Our credo is “credibility.” It is our goal to provide UC Berkeley students with effective leadership development programs and services that are informative, practical, transferable, and fun for Berkeley student leaders. |
- Individual leadership coaching
- Resource on getting involved in CLL and with other campus leadership opportunities.
- Group advising around leadership training
- Pre-packaged leadership workshops & trainings with facilitator(s) (advance booking required)
- Facilitation training
- Library of team builder and challenge course initiatives
- Leadership props and supplies loan program
