View Offer Letter

Berkeley students can access their on-line Offer Letter at the "Students" section of the Bear Facts web site. After logging into the Financial Aid section, you will see a button for "Offer Letter." The on-line Offer Letter is available Monday through Saturday from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. and Sunday from 12 noon to 7:00 p.m. The Offer Letter displays the information currently in our Student Aid Management System. The Financial Aid On-line Offer Letter allows you to:

• access an up-to-date view of your financial aid awards
• view important messages regarding your personal financial aid awards
• learn if your offer letter is incomplete and what documents you must submit to complete your application
• accept or decline your awards
• report additional resources that you expect to receive, such as scholarships and fellowships
• make corrections to your enrollment plan and/or expected graduation date
• convert between need-based loan and work study awards
