Undergraduate Grant Programs
Grants are awarded on the basis of financial need and do not have to be repaid. All grants are awarded based on full-time enrollment and you must meet all criteria for the specific award. You are automatically considered for all grants.

| Cal Grant B | State grant from $100 to $1,551 grant in the first year then an additional $7,788 in the following three years. | Income and assets must be below a maximum set by the state and minimum GPA required (for a new award, not a renewal); California resident, citizen or eligible non-citizen. |
| Pell Grant | Federal grant from $200 to $4,731 | Need based, for citizens or eligible non-citizens |
| Supplemental Opportunity Grant (SEOG) | Federal grant for up to $500 | Need based, for citizens or eligible non-citizens |
| Academic Competitiveness Grant Program (ACG) | Federal grant, $750 in the first academic year of study and $1,300 in the second academic year of study. | Need based, citizens, Pell grant recipients. See the ACG web page for more specific criteria. |
| National Science and Mathematics Access to Retain Talent (SMART) Grant | $4,000 for third and fourth year of academic year of study | Need based, citizens, Pell grant recipients. See the SMART web page for more specific criteria. |
