Apply for Berkeley Undergraduate Dream Act Aid
Academic Year 2012-13
If you qualify for an AB 540 nonresident tuition exemption, have a 3.0 or higher grade point average, and are ineligible for federal financial aid, you are eligible to apply for Berkeley Undergraduate Dream Act Aid for the 2012-13 academic year.
- For the fall 2012 semester, you may be eligible for the Berkeley Undergraduate Dream Act Scholarship.
- For the spring 2013 semester, you may be eligible for either the Berkeley Undergraduate Dream Act Scholarship or institutional grants.

Academic Year 2013-14
- For both the fall 2013 and the spring 2014 semesters, you may be eligible for scholarships, a Cal Grant, and/or institutional grants.
- You apply for this aid by completing the California Student Aid Commission California Dream Act application for 2013-14 at www.caldreamact.org. The deadline for submitting your application for 2013-14 is March 2, 2013. If you have any questions, please email dream@berkeley.edu.
- You need to qualify for an AB 540 nonresident tuition exemption to be eligible.
