Jobs, Internships
There are many opportunities for students to work while they are earning their degree:
Federal Work-Study jobs are available for students who have financial aid eligibility. To find out if you are eligible and to see more information about these types of jobs go to the Work-Study web site.
Non-Work-Study jobs are also available for students who are not eligible for work-study or who choose to have a non-work-study job. The Career Center has job listings as well as other very helpful information about employment. You will need to use your Cal-Net ID to search for a job.
Internships
An internship is a wonderful and effective way to connect your academic experience with the professional work arena. It allows you to gain valuable exposure to the workplace, provides the opportunity for skill development, and gives you a competitive edge in the job search. More information on internships is available at the Career Center.
